Repair and Resurfacing Issues:

  • Remove etched signage from previous tenant. 
  • Etched signage area is 20 feet above the floor.
  • Store floor in need of clean and seal.

Schedule

  • Remove etched limestone.
  • Replace with new  12″x36″ limestone to match. 
  • Use scissor lift to work 20 feet above ground.
  • Requires negative air tooling environment and equipment to prevent dust and debris from spreading throughout store area.
  • Clean and seal limestone floor with penetrating high density sealer.

Estimated time to repair, resurface, clean, seal and dry: five days.
